This
is a very important stage in producing any component; it must
be designed in a way it can actually be made to meet its production
requirements and at the unit cost required. With Leaco's five
injection mouldings technicians having over 100 years experience
between them we are able to input our experiences to save you
time and reduce problems. We can work with designers who can
sort out designs, cad drawings or even stereolofography models
for you to handle and pick at before tooling is cut.
COMPONENT
DESIGN
Component
design is as important as tool design and simple modification
can help both the speed a product is made and can change the
final material and grade required. Leaco in conjunction with
its list of recommended toolmakers can meet the requirements
needed by most of our current demanding customers.
PRINTING
Leaco
have the machinery to either hot foil print or pad print mouldings
as just a service our in line with producing the product and
then printing as required.
TOOL
TRIAL SERVICES
With
Leaco being one of the largest familycompanies in the northwest
of England with 19 machines from 25 ton up to 530 ton we are
able to offer were appropriate our services to tool makers for
new tooling or acceptance trials. This is done on a favourable
hourly basis and allows tool makers to show their tooling works
prior to delivery so not to interrupt large production runs
at the tools new home.
