Punch and Forming

We have years of experience in the art of punching both round and square section style tubes for our sister company and others. We have both standard and be spoke specialised machines to do these jobs efficiently and repeat ably correct as we are aware of the consequences of "the hole in the wrong place".

Tube Manipulation

We can bend tubes repeat ably into the same shape using one of our newest machines on site a Langbow tube-bending machine.

Pressing

We have a variety of metal pressing machines from 20 ton up to 70 ton in capacity. These machines can be fed in two ways

a) Hand fed 1st, 2nd or 3rd stage etc forming
b) Continuous feed from coil's

With our staff having over 25 years experience in both single stage tool and multi stage progression tooling, we will be sure of a way to produce the metal component your require.
